        Beautiful studio with a range of classes both mat and equipment. I have only ever tried the mat class with Saskia which I highly recommend! Saskia is a brilliant teacher and explains everything wonderfully.

        Ive trained in a few Pilates studios in London and Kinetic is hands down the best. An incredible community with some rather excellent and knowledgeable trainers. Expect to be worked hard and to learn lots.

        My favourite Pilates studio in London. If you want to experience the real deal book yourself in here. I have had lessons with Rebecca, James and Aafje and they are all superb teachers. You will sweat, laugh, sweat a bit more and leave feeling taller and ready to take on the world!
