Simon is very knowledgable and helpful. Ive been to see him for hip pain twice (opposite hips) and hes helped me recover both times.

Wish I could give 5 more stars!I have been treated by Simon for the last 6 months and can only say how great each treatment has been.He's very caring and always creates such a warm welcoming atmosphere.He listens to you and with his experience there's no doubt that you're in good hands.

I have been coming to Pilates classes with Lorraine for 7years and started with a beginners classes due to back problems and moved on to the advanced class.The Pilates classes has helped with my back problems enormously. She is a fantastic teacher and understands everyone's needs and handles it all in her always calm and happy attitude.It's an enjoyable hour of my life once a week. My husband has also joined the class two years ago and is as committed as me in being there every week. I have had various body strains and stresses which Simon diagnosed quickly each time and in a professional manner resolved the issues with lots of advice given. I recommend both the classes and the treatment suites. Simon and Lorraine are professional and always give the best advice. I really don't know what I would do without them in my life.

I cannot recommend Corehealth Pilates & Treatment Suite highly enough. I have been going regularly to classes and for treatment both of which are of the highest standard. My niggly muscle pain problems have gone away now as a result ! Result !
