        like every where else in Haringey too system led and this has created a clinical not personal charity which involves signposting you somewhere else, like all the others around here, I gave up which is a shame as I really wanted to get involved, Also felt although I have protected characteristics mine were not the right ones for Mind, feel sad about what's happening to charities these days

        I did the 2-Day MHFA course delivered by Debs who was so approaching. The course was engaging and delivered a lot of valuable information into the MH world unknown tobme before. I also got a manual and a workbook which I plan to further explore in my own time.
