FedEx Station Hornsey

The sooner Fedex closes this warehouse the better for its business, every time merchant sends something for me through fedex its delayed and you have to go there to pick it up yourself

Absolutely useless. Had package sent from USA. Came to them in two days. Yet hornsey depot can't deliver 4 miles delayed these companies are useless totally. Live chat not working appalling Service. Royal mail is the best

Was told package would be here tomorrow-rearranged my schedule, was woken at 8 to say it was coming today-rearranged again. Driver came must have rung wrong bell slipped a notice through mail slot with no name, no apartment -nothing on it that would be for us. I noticed I missed his call 10 minutes prior (at least he tried that) called back, he was rude told me he rang and knocked loudly -impossible as husband I were both here and we hear EVERY noise In this building. Told me I must not have been here and was rude. When I said I needed him to come back today as I had rearranged my schedule he told me "if I was nice maybe he would bring it back". There are no numbers to call, the online agent is not responding. This has been my morning wasted. Rude lazy drivers, no on to talk to, zero customer support.

Dishonest company. Worst customer service. Call centre abroad. No delivery attempt made, bunch of liars and frauds.
