Rob and Keith came round to cut down two main branches of a big sycamore in the bottom of our garden, which borders a railway line. As we are in a conservation area we first needed to get permission from the council to trim the tree. Rob took care of the application for approval and his communication during the 6 week approval period was great. He kept us informed all the way. After permission was received to proceed with the tree cutting, Rob and Keith did a great job. One branch was overhanging our neighbours shed, and the neighbour made a point of thanking Rob for the care he paid to cutting and removing the branch without damaging the shed. Ron and Keith also made sure to completely clear our garden when they left. Not even a leaf was left behind. Would highly recommend their services.
