        During a viewing - early on - it was interrupted by colleague of the person conducting the viewing; without even acknowledging our presence. The representative was not well versed in the styles of housing available, being a new starter. One of the homes of interest was still being built. We were informed to view it at a different location, where the representative would follow and join us. We travelled to the site (after collecting our vehicle, somewhat removed from the site); with young children it took a little longer than expected. On arrival, she was not present. My wife called her, only to be informed she had left because otherwise she would be late for another viewing. No apologies or courtesy call. Amateurish...
