had a magnaclean installed last year , recent boiler check , everything was checked except this Magnaclean as no seals were supplied and if dismantled to clean a seal should be available if any leaks so this not serviced as required Yearly .Adey Customer service do not supply a seal initially and require you to purchase separately at 18.59 as leaks might appear when the Unit is serviced I'm surprised one is not supplied initially but i suppose thats the British way of doing things , over the years i have dealt with european companies who do go that extra mile and look at what there product will need when serviced as required each year

We are very sad to give 1 star review but unfortunately ADEY Innovation is not a loyal partner and we would like to inform other people before investing in that brand. We were working with ADEY products more than 8 years now and we were the exclusive representatives of the products for the Greek market and Cyprus. We have invested more than 50.000 euro on marketing campaigns to make the brand known in Greece and local markets. One day 1 year ago ADEY changed the regional manager who had an old partner from his previous job and of course he started to promote his interest. As a result we are getting an email with no explanation that the new exclusive partner in Greece is company IDATOR from Athens. They suggested us to order now from Athens their products. We cannot trust more this kind of cooperation and do not suggest to anyone to invest his money and his time to such a partnership.

I bought a 2XP Pro filter for my heating system after reading that "it can be installed anywhere on the main circuit" according to the Installation PDF. Only to find out this is NOT true on an open vented system, where it breaks Building Regulations to install it into a vented flow pipe. This is the only pipe on my system where installation would have been possible. Now I have to send it back to the supplier at my own expense (costing me 15). Not happy.
