Superb company. Purchased a bracket clock from them the clock is beautiful keeping perfect time and the time they spent with me explaining how to set the clock up was second to none. I would highly recommend these guys very professional and have the customers best interests at heart thank you time and chimes will definitely be a repeat customer.

Bought a lovely bracket clock from this company and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The clock is keeping perfect time and the staff there were very friendly and helped me set the clock up and also supplied instructions to do so too. Highly recommended. 5 star service

There is no way that you could find any fault with this company. It has been a very, very long time since I dealt with such excellent people providing such excellent service. We have bought a clock from than some time ago and it is still looking super and keeping perfect time. Recently we had three clocks collected (longcase, wall clock bracket clock), cases repaired and movements fully serviced with collection and delivery. They look fantastic and are running beautifully. Repairing antique clocks is a skilled job and so employing craftsmen does cost money, but, I know it must have taken a lot of time, skill and care to do such a fine job on much loved family pieces. When you spend just a moment thinking about the work that had to be done, the prices were very reasonable. Further, Mr. Payne knows his job so well, he could map out the cost and explain what was needed very accurately as soon as he saw the clocks. The clocks were collected and carefully packed, there was a fast turnaround and were delivered back to their resting places and set up properly. Casework and movements all look better than they have for probably a century or more and are now a joy rather than an embarrassment! I would recommend this company to anyone, and indeed have already done so and now wouldn't look anywhere else for clock-related work or purchases. Thank you Joseph!
