        Very rude staff. I normally buy my lunch here, today i decided to get a salad from the store. Cafe was nearly empty. Had the very rude and abrupt manager (Adam) tell me to leave after I had already started eating as I did not purchase this from the cafe. I showed him my receipt that I purchased this from their store! He told me I was not welcome to sit and eat this despite cafe being nearly empty. This was no problem for me, if I am not meant to be there then I will go. However the way in which he spoke to me was passive aggressive and rude, I left in tears feeling like I had been told off in front of other people. Very embarrassing and upsetting. Shame on you Adam and shame on you m&s for having customers be spoken to in this way when spending large amounts of money in your store.
