        History wise the whole building used to be a Co op, Happy shopper and then named as Sweetbox. It's a handy shop in Elaine Ave, Strood.

        Staff were very rude when I went to send a parcel via UPS. Would not use this shop ever again if I can help it there just rude people In there. My friend went into the shop on my behalf at around 2:30 yesterday. He was collecting a parcel for me which clearly stated his name on the package but the staff didnt seem to have a clue what they were doing . They came across as very rude and unhelpful. I asked him to go in on my behalf as I had a bad experience when I went into the shop a few weeks ago.
