Avoid this GP. It is impossible to get an appointment here. Bad management. Im thinking to gather evidence and write a big complaint letter to NHS. They make the rules as they go. Management of this GP should be sacked!

Wish I could give them zero stars. Worst GP ever. You call them 8am in the morning to book an appointment and wait for 30 mins to get through even though you're number one in the queue! Very strange! If you're lucky to get through and manage to book an appointment you go on time only to find the receptionist is serving someone for 10-15 mins. You wait and the other staff members don't even bother asking you if you are here for an appointment to see the Dr and get told off for being late! Seriously! Your Dr don't even see you properly and says there's nothing they can do and you should go PRIVATE. And the Private Dr will refer you to the same GP for further treatment! The other reason is you don't have an underlying condition and medical history so you are perfectly fine. You should go to the local pharmacy to buy some Over the Counter medicine. Why do I need a GP then? You can't have blood test either because of your previous good medical history even though you are sick now. Oh did I also mention that you can only book for one condition at a time. So if you have more than one problem you need to try book another appointment following day. If you have a job to go to. Good luck! My 3 years old little boy had severe coughing and breathing issues for more than a few months and they wouldn't give him any medication apart from the over the counter cough Syrup. We had many sleepless nights and eventually had to record my son's condition to make them believe the boy is suffering. This time the Dr said, why he was not prescribed antibiotics all these time. As if it was our fault. The boy improved after 5 days of taking antibiotics after suffering for months. Honestly I can go on and on.... I want to make a formal complaint about this surgery if possible. Poor/ZERO management, rude staff, rude Dr etc.etc. Shambles!

I have just moved to Strood and changed practices and I have to say how amazing they are. Phone lines can be a long wait but this is a reality of current times but going to the surgery or doing an E consult I always end up with an appointment the next day. The doctors are so lovely and even the receptionist they really do want to help you. I am so impressed with every staff member I have come into contact with in the last 5 months and I see a lot of negative reviews so thought it was worth giving my gratitude. Unfortunately my son has been poorly and it has been on going and they have gone above and beyond always receive his results the next day always booking in with a dr for further discussion/referral even with I was admitted into Medway they called me the next day after I was discharged to see if I wanted to see a dr for any further discussions honestly just amazing.
