From the initial viewing with Chloe, through our process to exchange and completion, Anouska helping us every step of the way. Really helpful team - Anouska and Nicole helped us so much in getting our new home purchased, even when I was very stressed they were great at understanding, maintaining positivity and made the process less stressful for me, which is definitely appreciated when we were racing against time to get in before our baby is due soon. Finally all moved into our forever home. After a disastrous start with Moxy, Chloe from Wards took over and it was plain sailing from there onwards. Chloe was professional and kept us in the loop every step of the way and and reassured us when I was feeling the pressure. Im just annoyed with myself for not using Wards from the beginning which would have avoided unnecessary stress. Anyone can sell a house but getting a house through to completion can have its complications and Chloe smashed it. Would highly recommend Chloe to anyone looking to move. Thank you for all your hard work!
