Would not recommend. Used this garage a couple of times after my van failed MOT. MOT undertaken at Halfords next door. Halford MOT engineer is the son of Kev of KW Motors, so was obviously recommended KW motors and went with it due to convenient location next door. 1st year was supposedly having issues with turbo, so they 'fiddled' with the turbo pipe. Driving away from the garage after their repairs and the van goes suddenly into limp mode within a couple of miles. Hadn't fitted the turbo pipe back on properly. Acceptable one time, but this occurred a further consecutive two times after limping back to the garage. More fool giving them a second chance the following year. 2nd year, I was advised that I needed a new EGR valve by Halfords. Thought I'd give KW Motors another go. After a week of having the van, I was advised that they were unable to get the EGR valve. I was told to source it myself and they would install it, but they were not liable if I bought the wrong one. I bought the EGR valve and dropped it off. I was then advised they couldn't fit it because they were unable to access it. I was advised his son would do it. After three weeks of back and forth and waiting, I collected the van. After a couple of weeks the van dangerously went into limb mode again on the motorway. Having lost faith in the competency of KW Motors I went elsewhere and within minutes the mechanic found that the new gaskets (supplied with the new EGR I bought and supplied) had not been installed with the new EGR. I spoke with Kev regarding this and he claimed that the new EGR valve did not have the gaskets with it but they installed it anyway. No reason was given, but I guess they didn't give a sh!t about quality or safety and wanted the vehicle off their forecourt. The new mechanic diagnosed, sourced the gaskets (for pennies) locally and installed the EGR properly within the same day, for a cheaper price that I paid KW cash for, to do it the first time. I now realise cash was required, because they knew they didn't have the gaskets. Service: General repairs & maintenance
