Well where do I begin, took car in on a Monday for a new clutch, only used for the finance option, was told it would be finished the same day. I called in a few times and they didnt start to be strip until afternoon, walked in at around 5pm to be told a part was being ordered and it wont be ready until Tuesday, man was exceptionally rude, we couldnt then get home due to a train strike. The next day called in manager said it will be 950 as the fly wheel was done etc my sister by this point had decided to loan me all the money, I called head office to say I wasnt happy and they said they would have a word and I can get some money off the invoice, I asked them if i could have all my old parts to show my mechanic, with this the manager called to say good news the fly wheel wasnt done so its 450 so was rectifying the invoice, very suspicious? I asked about the reduction in price she then laughed and said Ive just gave you 500 off which i responded with to a job you didnt complete? Upon driving my vehicle was banging so badly, I took it to the Sittingbourne branch they had it straight on the ramps. Said some bolts had snapped and not to drive it, this was due to the new clutch, I feel mr clutch has put our lives in danger and they tried to pull a fast one, Ive been without a car for days, my partner has not been able to get to work and not even a sorry.. I would not recommend this garage at all
