Worst online shopping experience ever! I had to wait one month for my item. They send me 3 times wrong profiles.. Do not ask them to cut anything, they don't know difference between millimeter and centimeter I received everything 10 times smaller then requested lengths. I'm attaching helpful photo for MetalsShop team. Just USELESS

It's clear from the significant amount of google reviews for this company that my experience of them is not a unique one. Money paid, no goods delivered, no contact from the seller, no refund. The most concerning thing to me (aside from having been scammed) is that their website is still live and still stealing from people. So advice to anyone going through this with the retailer; 1. Call the police non-emergency number and report the scam, obtaining a crime reference number. 2. Contact Action Fraud, detailing your experience and providing the crime reference number 3. Contact Citizens Advice Consumer Service and provide the details 4. Contact your bank and raise a dispute Collectively, these reports will help to hold the 'retailer' accountable for their actions and ensure that they aren't given the means to continue their shady operation.
