        I had a terrible experience with this car garage. Right from the start, the lady on the phone made me feel nervous and guilty about using their service. The receptionist was incredibly rude and intimidating. I first was shocked to see that a business would hire someone like this, but later realised that it is a family business so then I understood why she was still there. This experience with the receptionist really upset and shocked me and I just had to share this as I hope that the receptionist can work to improve and learn to be a decent human being
