        Very helpful, friendly service. Quick to action anything that was required. Everyone was able to help with any queries, they were all familiar with the property and knew who I was when I phoned or emailed. Thank you so much.

        Absolutely brilliant! So so much more helpful than my council. They all have patience with mental health and understanding. Explained clearly,always polite no matter how many times I've phoned. They saved my mental health state by being there for me and finding my forever homemGoing to ask Santa for a raise for them all. They deserve it for their caring. Thank you all of you.

        I have used other rental agencies most of my life and never had any issues as they were thoroughly professional. This agency however is one of a worst kind. Very difficult to get hold of with poor communication. When you finally get hold of the staff then they respond to you with rudeness. They flout the deposit protection scheme and expect tenants to leave it to them for no good reason - perhaps as a gift! From my personal agonising experience, I would never recommend them.

        The worst estate agent I have ever come across. Not only did they break GDPR they lied to the deposit scheme. When handing in keys the manager became aggressive. Avoid at all costs. I would rather be homeless than deal with these again.
