Smooth and seamless experience. I always feel a little out of my depth when it comes to cars and the ins and outs of cars.. so when my exhaust fell off I was in desperate need of some advice. Clare was very efficient and kept me in the loop the whole time my car was in the garage. Explained what needed to be done and was clear the whole time. They kept the car up on the ramp so that Andi could explain to me what he had done to the car etc. Im really grateful for Andis quick thinking. Saved me a lot of money and got my car back on the road the same day. So grateful and cannot recommend enough. Thank you Clare and Andi for all your help. Also recently had my MOT with them too. Again, a seamless experience, car was in and out in just over an hour! Service: Exhaust

Went for a full service and mot only to return back for my vehicle & they broke my wing mirror and scratched my car passenger side car door. Then a lady there had the nerve to tell me the scratches were already there ok my door which is a lie!!! I was told over the phone my car was on the ramp and when it was coming down it was too close to another vehicle and hit my wing mirror. Then when I arrived, the bloody guy had a nerve to tell me his elbow hit my wing mirror and broke it which made no sense! I am really angry as my car is pearl white and the scratches are obvious. I will not ease off them until the damage is FIXED!!!!! I will never go here again and I would never ever recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here. The customer service is DISGUSTING! Baring in mind I'm heavily pregnant so anyone could imagine the frustration I feel
