Can't say many positive things about my two experiences coming here for lunch during peak hours. Although the food was good, the restaurant appeared understaffed and mismanaged. All the waiters were teenagers, and even though this isn't a bad thing by itself, it was easy to tell no one with enough experience was able to direct both the employees and the crowd. As the place was full when we arrived, they gave our group 'buzzers' which you hold onto until it sounds to say it's your turn to be seated. This only added confusion to be honest. A normal queue system would've been better. A family with the same number of people arrived after us, yet for some reason the holy buzzer buzzed for them first, and they were seated before us. When we asked why, a young employee dismissively replied "you have to wait for your buzzers to go off." Just bizarre that we were clearly there first but the restaurant's pager system doesn't work at all. We waited 20 minutes for what could've been a five minute wait if it weren't for the poor customer service. We were very close to leaving at that point. Anyway, we sat down, ordered, waited for the food, then ate. This was all fine but thanks to the cringe of the pager and all the staff running around not knowing what's going on, this place doesn't really deserve more than two stars.

Great authentic Mexican restaurant - tasty food, a slice of lime on each beer of bottle, sombreros you can use for selfie. Nice place for a family dinner or lunch :)
