My boyfriend had his car taken to this garage after breaking down. The communication from the get go was absolutely shocking. His car was at this garage for a month and a half, in which time, a part was removed and sent off for repair twice and then we were told after 1.5 months to take it elsewhere as they couldnt fix it and we had to pay to have it moved to another garage. We constantly had to chase for updates and the mechanic just fobbed us off with Ill call you when theres an update but considering the car was out of action for 1.5 months and they only proactively texted him once - its understandable as to why we kept chasing. This was our only way of getting around so being without a car for 1.5 months was very detrimental. There was no urgency at all - the only good thing is that we didnt get charged for anything. I would give this garage 0 stars if I could but I cannot - Do not take your car to this garage - unless you have 2 months to kill.
