Balti Express

After sending the wrong mains ,phoned the restaurant who denied i ordered that main agreed to replace the whole order and delivery driver would take the 1st order back . Half hour later delivery driver arrived with only the mains and asked for the 1 dish back that was wrong. I refused as we were expecting the whole order to be replaced . So half our food was cold when finally eaten. The restaurant then phoned asking where the wrong dish was and then denied that i asked for everything to be replaced. I asked why he wanted the wrong order back and he said to feed the dogs , I dont think many dogs could handle chicken tikka more likely to heat up for someone else. Everything i said was denied by the restaurant.

Terrible service - ordered a masala, sent me a madras. I order from here often and its normally perfect - called them up and they said oh next time we will give you free - erm what about now I want to eat now and I dont eat madras. I ordered a masala and you didnt deliver, said they would ring me back and never did. Lost a loyal customer I wont order from here again. Wrote to just eat who said they wont refund it as dishes, recipes and tastes vary. Lol I order a masala from here all the time I know what it is like. I ordered a product, did not receive it and neither just eat or balti express did anything to correct this. Do not use this Indian takeaway

Had a truly great meal last Sunday evening. Genuine Indian food, tasty and exactly as the menu states. Definitely will visit again. Abbey.
