        I walked in without an appointment and all the staff, greeted me and was so welcoming. I explained that I wanted to cut my hair that was down my back to really short (I provided a photo). Tina who cut my hair, chatted to me throughout the haircut made me extremely comfortable and relaxed. The end haircut was so different but love it. Thank you. I shall return for a trim hopefully not down my back again! :)
