Fox Wardrobes

Had some problems along the way as company supplied drawers with handles when we had ordered handleless drawers. This was only rectified after an argument where they claimed it was my fault! Following the installation the sliding doors were too wide for the internal drawers to be opened and had to be cut down. Finally I was chased for payment when I had already paid! Eventually everything was sorted out but it shouldnt be this way.

Even better than I could have hoped! The fitter Tom was pleasant and polite and cleaned everything up after my sliding doors had been fitted. The room had some tricky features to work around but Tom has clearly had good training and lots of experience. The room looks great now with 4 big sliding doors to hide all my clothes and shoes. I definitely recommend them.

Really good experience. Very happy with the installed product, and the customer service and aftercare has been completely responsive. Minor install issue was rectified without question or fuss. Highly recommend.

We've had a problem with our sliding wardrobe doors not staying shut. Fox have come out twice to fix, second time looks as if the issue is resolved. Whilst it's nice to think every installation is going to be perfect sometimes things go wrong, that's when a company has the opportunity to show they really have customer service.
