Worst fish and chips shop I was greeted with rude customer service after watching those who came after me get service. Bad so bad they appear to be RACIST!

We ordered at 19:18 a total price of 45+ on the FH APP which said it would arrive at 20:00. The food turned up at 20:45 COLD! The best part is we ordered 10 chicken strips and got 7 and no drinks to go with lite meals. I called to ask why my order was incorrect and was told we're really busy tonight and next time you order we will give you a discount. I replied why is it my fault you were busy and if you could not complete my order why did you take my money? I then replied I won't be ordering again..... I paid for a service I never got and when I asked why I just got nothing but when you order next time we will give you a discount. Why would I order again after that experience of ordering food from a chip shop which took almost 1 hour and 30 mins to arrive!!! NO THANKS very poor customer service and I will not order again from MR FRY.
