These guys rewired our property a few years back and all is good on that front. But moving forward a few years I'm ready to sell up and buy elsewhere. I have no paperwork to show the rewiring was done as I've either misplaced or wasn't given one at the time. I've contacted them several times for help and was initially promised someone would come over to help but over a week has passed and although I've tried to get in touch several times my calls have constantly been ignored as well as my text messages. I was more than happy to pay for any time and money was never a problem. Just comes across very unprofessional that a firm which installs your electrics suddenly don't want to own their work and help a customer. I've attached images of my fuse box with their sticker attached. All I asked for was a little help but I guess some people lose themselves and forget all aspects of customer service, friendliness and going an extra mile. Especially to help a previous customer. All I'd say is don't expect these guys to come running to your aid if you call them a few years after they've installed your electrics
