        Since I joined this surgery 5 months ago every time I call for appointment the recording says we are short staffed, I have never been able to get appointment. Seriously 5 months they still dont have suitable reception staff? What is this surgery offering tea and coffee for wages?

        Never had a problem with this doctors just come back from an appointment and want to say Bella who done my daughter's jabs was AMAZING!! Need more people like her. People in reception where very kind and helpful too.

        They've changed from doctor link and did not tell me, can't use new system to book as they need to set me up. Used there Econsult as the website said, told me it too important to continue there so call doctors. Every time I called it beeped and cut me off. Eventually added to queue and gave up after half hour waiting. Looks like I'll be calling 111
