I sat in my van and found Wallace Print on Google and drove straight to their office in Rochester. We were initially told that they will not be able to turn the request around in one day, at which point disappointment set in. But luckily, a colleague intervened and said she would check with a partner company. The partner company agreed to have it ready by COP Friday 10/02.
I really appreciate the extra effort that had been put in to ensuring our baby girls first birthday party went smoothly. I highly recommend Wallace Print as this company and its employees know how to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
