I am so disappointed with my visit to Cremes at Medway Valley today. It is easter break for school children so you'd expect it to busy, which makes it even more ridiculous for the service, or rather lack of today. Slushy machine not on and no slushys available, hot drink machine out of order, cuttlery filthy dirty, table sticky and unclean, the menus are disgusting to touch, dirty, sticky and not nice looking at all. There were 3 of us and we ordered 2 drinks, a fanta and a fruit shoot, (I wanted a hot drink), a sundae, a cookie dough and a waffle. First the ice cream comes out after 5minutes wait, 10minutes later the cookie dough, 15minutes later the waffle. The drinks didnt arrive at all. The staff were awful, miserable faces, one member wearing a hair net but her hair was still down and not in the net, one behind the till eating a banana like a camel (no break room?!). All in all Cremes has been a HUGE disappointment and complete waste of money and time. So many issues need addressing in the place.

Food was great and same old creams. Good food with quick service. From the outside it looked shut so would advise doing something with the window film or tint as no doubt will be losing business to people driving past thinking its closed. Always find the floors to need a really good clean!

no wonder its got a 2.9 rating, went to collect an order, took me 10 mins to get there, empty restaurant but still told 5 mins to wait. Slow service, avoid. Its always a long que of traffic leaving to get into strood anyway, time wasters.

Beyond the branding that is obviously appealing to the youngsters, you have overpriced sweet treats served by kids who probably receive no training. Visited 01/04/23 for my daughter's birthday and first of all the table seemed to have been wiped with some produce but not dried so the menus were then wet. A bunch of us wanted teas and coffees, but no hot drinks were available. Some cold drinks were ordered, but the staff forgot to serve them so we had to go and ask for them. Half way through eating the scantily layered and fairly tasteless waffle I had ordered, the fire alarm went off. The staff made no attempt to evacuate anyone, but also didn't know how to reset the alarm. So we had to finish our food and drinks in the company of the loud two tone noise. Definitely a place to avoid. Such a shame as Creams once had a good reputation, but this is what happens with franchise models where the owners leech off of a good name.
