        These guys are great. I am an intermittent customer but have been for about 10 years now. Great service, excellent value for money and above all else, they conduct their business ethically in every respect.

        Bought a refurbished laptop from RD-UK I was told it was a B-Grade with scratches to the casing this did not matter as it was going to used by a field service agent. The item arrived it looked like Nellie the Elephant had sat on it, I reported that the base was split open, I was told to hold it shut and use it. Eventually they agreed to take it back I pointed out we needed a replacement asap for a urgent job that was 3 weeks ago, no replacement, no refund, very dodgy do not trust what they say.
