    Bad customer service. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. He lacks ways to communicate effectively to customers. I went in to fix my nails and was having conversations with the nail technician. I wanted a particular colour with white tips but the technician was just explaining to me. When the manager got up and started yelling on top of his voice that he informed me before. I knew he said something but did not understand what he saying. So I asked him if I had the right as a customer to ask questions if I needed clarification. He kept yelling and using a very harsh tone that looked as if he was going to beat me up. Service: Acrylic nails
