I cannot put into words the quality of this company. I have just had my whole house (6 windows, French doors and front door) replaced and I chose Medway Windows and Doors after looking at 3 local companies. From the moment I called to book an appointment to the point that the installers drove off, I have been amazed at the courtesy, consideration and breathtaking customer service that they have delivered. Everyone working for them is an absolute credit to the company. They go above and beyond in every aspect imaginable. To the point, where I would say this is the best customer service I have ever had from any company for anything. To say I am over the moon would be an understatement. The quality of work and products are superb. I happily left them alone in my house for 2 days to complete the work and they entirely trustworthy. Not to mention that (although price wasn't necessarily the biggest factor for me) they were literally thousands cheaper than the other companies. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was a joy and I would recommend them to anyone in future for Windows and doors and wouldn't bother looking elsewhere in the future. Thank you so so much, I am utterly thrilled beyond words.
