Had 2 bifold doors, windows and roof pyramids installed by 2 years and very happy. Recently had to contact them as our puppies chewed some of the foam gasket seal on of the doors. Steve Jones was very helpful and we had replacement gaskets mailed to us within 2 days. Great follow on service

I have Bifold doors that were supplied and fitted by Hehku 4 years ago. We have been very pleased with all aspects of the doors during this time and with the service during our purchase and fitting. A few weeks ago l had a problem with the key and the lock. I called Hehku, explained the problem and the customer service l received was excellent. From Sally in the office, to Steve the manager who oversaw everything and to Wayne who did the actual work. Everybody was polite, helpful and l was fully informed at all times. The problem was resolved very quickly with minimal fuss. Our purchase was over 4 years ago but we were made to feel as though we had only just purchased our doors. It would be easy for a company to put a customer who has already paid to the back of the queue but this was certainly not the case. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this company. I have just had a new composite front door and frame fitted by a local Hehku in Medway. It is a very good quality product and at a reasonable price, none of the silly haggling from a crazy first price you get from double glazing firms. A professional service from start to finish with regular commuciation from general manager Steve. Thanks very much. Highly recommended.

Steve and his team did a fantastic job installing our large (7m x 2.5m) sliding doors. Steve was helpful throughout, providing additional detail when needed by our builders to make sure the aperture was built to spec. On installation day great care was taken and the installation went without a hitch. A couple of minor niggles post installation were sorted today with a quick visit from Wayne, one of the installation crew. Couldn't be happier. Thoroughly recommend.
