        I placed an order for a UPVC window for my end bedroom, supplied them with the precise size. When the window came in after nearly three weeks I paid them the balance and collected it from their Strood branch but it turned out to be 1.5 inches in width too big and 1 inch too big in height. When I phoned them to point out their error getting the size wrong I was told that I should have checked the size before I collected it and they cannot refund or supply me with a replacement of correct size. This company are a bunch of thieves who have conned me out of nearly 200.00 with no moral responsibility. Unbelievable attitude, low life thieves!!

        This company send a surveyor to measure up for a large carport and then despite several phone calls and an email to the surveyor (not replied to) they don't even bother to provide a quote. Very unprofessional!
