        They hang up on you. Called to check if a prescription had arrived so not to waste a journey.

        I have used this busy pharmacy ever since it opened around 2005. As a disabled person, my prescriptions are now delivered, which is very helpful. However, there is one item I need which has to be ordered separately. I have requested said item monthly for 5 months and have only received it once, despite being approved by the GP. I am now getting a bit desperate for this item as what I use are well over a year old, and cannot be as effective as they should. This is very inefficient.
