        Although we could only attend for a few months due to a house move, we had an amazing time at Sisu and were genuinely sad to leave. The community here is great and the training unbeatable. Thank you! Looking forward to drop-ins in the future when we're visiting the area.

        An inclusive environment with approachable and professional coaches. I have never been as motivated or as consistent at any other gym. I believe this is because I have never been acknowledged before. At Sisu you are encouraged to be a stronger, fitter, healthier version of you. You will be stretched out of your comfort zone to succeed and well supported every step of the way by the coaches and the Sisu community. Included in the membership are great virtual tools to track progress - better than what Ive experienced at commercial gyms. #gymhome4life
