        Far from best impressions! Ordered a shrub rose. No mention of type of thorns nor do the picture show many thorns. On arrival saw this shrub has more thorns than Ive ever seen on roses and I have quite a few in my garden. On asking their returns policy as it had been a few hours from delivery their response was hey you chose the plant, what can we say Disappointing customer service. Will not be ordering from them again or recommending them to anyone. Not returns policy or guarantee like all other nurseries I have bought from!

        The roses are the best, no disease, very thick stems (reliably healthy and vigorous). I have ordered both as bare roots or potted plants. The bare root ones all survived and thriving in the garden. And the potted ones I ordered this summer arrived with lots of buds ready to bloom. Highly recommend the nursery!!
