James was recommended to us by my friends and he was extremely helpful from start to finish. As a first time buyer, we didn't know everything about the process. However, James explained it very clearly. When we have questions, he can always give the answer in s short time. Highly recommend!!

James is absolutely phenomenal. I have been so impressed by him. I had a really tricky case trying to get a mortgage due to being self employed and some other factors. Other brokers had said there was no way almost immediately until a friend recommended James to me. James did everything in his power to get me across the line - which he did! He is so down to earth, explains everything in plain language and honestly fought so hard for me throughout the whole process. Buying a house is really stressful and intense - for those who haven't done it before. The amount of times I called James to vent and no matter how busy, he always took time to calm me down and talk things through. I also referred my sister to him regarding swapping her mortgage but he was so honest with her and said he couldn't beat the mortgage she was currently on so to say where she was. In my experience, there is no point using anyone else but James. I will use him for everything going forward now and tell everyone i know to use him! I trust him and know he will always do the best by people.
