Veetee Rice Ltd

Dangerous to your health the rice was mouldy I havent seen anything like it. It was at the bottom of the packet so had no idea and it will have contaminated the rest of the pack and we had eaten them. I had only placed the order in February order number #6325. While they have sent out a replacement pack I havent heard why this had happened despite chasing them twice and them saying they would be in touch within 7 days to give me an explanation. I am left with the feeling that they dont care.

I had a problem with a single packet of sticky rice got in touch with veetee absolutely no problem in helping me very quick in replying and sorting out said item and sent me in double quick time some replacements . I have delivery on a regular basis love the sticky rice and jasmine my preferred taste

Absolutely non professional staff. I have bought 6 pack of rice from Morrison, opened one it was new broken low quality rice. I was seeking refund of rest of five packs, have been advised to get to Veetee for refund. Lynn Brown ( ext218) was the complainant handler, initial she seems very professional ask for sample which I sent to them they agreed to issue the refund, took my details but since then she is winding me up. I have emailed them several times left numerous messages never get back to me. I dont do reviews like this but left me no choice to highlight here. Hope someone get back to me.
