Craig and his partner / brother did replace some windows to a good standard BUT one year later I now cannot sell the property because Craig did not supply a FENSA Certificate. I have tried to contact Craig several times without success. I cannot, hand-on-heart, recommend GBS unless you intend to stay in your property forever and never intend to sell it.
