        I got excellent service from the Bearing shop. Initially ordered the wrong thickness 'O' rings. Bearing shop were very patient and more than reasonable, accepting a return and refunding all my money including postage promptly. I did order the correct parts but initial mistake was all mine; great customer service, I will be back

        Excellent customer service from Bearing Shop sales . When a small order delivery appeared to have gone astray an immediate replacement was made without question and arrived next day - alongside the original order. Returning extra item postage & handling deemed not worth the cost or bother to either party so to be kept as 'apology'. Previous experience has always been of a first class and helpful service . Goodwill ensures returning custom. Much appreciated and thank you Henry.
