Cliffe Cattery

Visited today met with Cheryl and viewed accommodation for our 2 boys over Christmas. Very nice lady and have now booked.

Unfortunately, our cat was hit by a car and received a fractured pelvis, just 3 weeks before a full on family Caribbean cruise. We would get no refund at all if we cancelled. We had need of a short notice booking for a cattery, for which we thought no catteries would take on a severely injured cat, needing constant observations and medication, plus being a Bengal! However, after being recommended here we rang up and explained our predicament. Leanne was quite willing to accommodate us and so we went over to be sure she could manage. It seemed nothing was too much trouble and our cat would be specially housed and looked after. On the holiday we received a couple of update emails, that our cat was doing well and in fact enjoying all the attention. Upon arrival back we picked the cat up who was much improved and quite placid. Cannot recommend the cattery high enough, they went over and above what is expected and saved our holiday of a lifetime. All at a reasonable price for what is offered. True cat people!
