        Horrendous customer service, phone lines supposedly haven't been working for weeks as we have been trying to contact Apollo Bricks since making our order. We ask if we could arrange a collection for the weekend, I then get a response 2 days later saying my order has been left outside and to collect before 1pm, this message was sent at 11:30am the same day so giving us barely any time to arrange collection. We get there and a bag of adhesive has been ripped open with some missing, and half of the bag of mortar has completely solidified where it has clearly just been dumped and moisture has got into it. What a surprise, we can't get hold of anyone to complain or get some money back! Absolute appalling service, truly disgusted with how our order has been handled!
