Highly recommend Yoga Flow With Leah. Leah has been coming to our house to teach yoga to myself, my husband and my daughter for over a year now, sometimes in the gym and if the weather is kind, sometimes in the garden. Our labradors love to join in the class too, when they can. Leah is extremely knowledgable, reliable, friendly and professional - and we always squeeze in time for a giggle too. Weve all learnt so much and improved in both flexibility and strength. We always love our classes and really look forward to Thursdays. Would not give this company anything less than five stars!!!

Found Leah online during lockdown and boy what a find! Leah's teaching makes you want to practice everyday as its fun and for me it fits around my day nicely. Just unroll your mat and start your yoga journey with her - you won't regret it.
