        Cherry picker and scissor lift training course attended, they failed to advise they only provide standard size harness, so one employee was discriminated against and could not complete his training, when we tried to resolve matter on the day and called Mandy she was rude and unhelpful, when questioned stated she was a Director, when she wasn't. The freelance trainer they employed was good. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR TRAINING - VERY UNHELPFUL
