        I have just been Strood post office to renew a licence , what a first class experience , the young gent behind the kiosk briskly checked what i needed , did the form , minutes ,start to finish !! in December !! 5 star service

        The post office counter clerk was extremely miserable & had no manners....please or thank you. Don't like the job so something else!

        Stood waiting for the post office for 10 minutes while 2 woman were straightening the shelves, I waited and waited then a man walked in and a woman RAN to serve him - IS THIS A JOKE?! WOULD NOT USE EVER AGAIN AND CERTAINLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, UNHELPFUL STAFF.
