Caring, kind. Created a real cosy home environment for their residents. Home made food, clean rooms, hot baths with music and candles, activities, permanent carers that residents come to recognise and know, and a social life within the home. My auntie Angela was treated with respect and dignity here. A gem in the middle of Strood. A really welcoming team, who not only helped my auntie to try and settle, but also put our whole family at ease. Grateful for this wonderful place. Management really know their stuff and every rule is followed to ensure the best care.

The love and care that Tina, Andrea and the whole family at Grafton Lodge showed our Auntie Angela was truly wonderful. We were blessed to have had her cared for there. We looked at many places for our aunt as we wanted a home not just a room and as soon as we walked in you could feel the homeliness. Thank you all x x

Grafton Lodge is a very clean, homely place, where all staff are caring and friendly. The rooms are warm, cosy and welcoming, and the food is tasty. Residents are encouraged to participate in activities each day. I highly recommend Grafton Lodge.

The team at Grafton lodge are truly amazing. My family looked at alot of places and this is the best. The care and love they showed our Auntie Angela and all the other residents is amazing. Big thank you to Tina, Andrea and all the team at Grafton lodge.

Hi Im Steve I just wont to say. I have been delivering to Grafton Lodge for three years with equipment. And have always been welcomed in and seen how the staff look after and care for their residents. When I arrive at the Lodge the situation often means I may need to wait to be attended to- the reason for this is because the residents are their top priority and their care and needs are always dealt with first- just how it should be. The manager Tina Munn is the usual person I see when I am at the Lodge- she is an excellent manager dealing with not only the residents needs etc but people like myself who are visiting for work purposes. We are all looked after by her really in one way or another. The team that works there are exactly that- a team. In Tinas absence Andreea steps up as the second in command and the team show respect and dedication exactly the same way they do if Tina is in. Well dune to you all you all should be really proud.
