We had a wonderful experience with Acorn purchasing our first house. Right from the get go - of showing us around the open house Johnathan was thorough, friendly and welcoming. Going forwards we worked with Alesha who was excellent, professional and worked particularly hard to help us as first time buyers to understand the process. Calmly and Kindly talking us through the steps in bullet points, checking in regularly and being understanding when I was unsure. She is brilliant and I would recommend her services to anyone.

We would highly recommend Acorn estate agents in strood and Gravesend for their communication and prompt service. Alesha, especially as she was the main person we dealt with, she was highly experienced she answered all our questions and was at the end of the phone if we needed her. She chased all the relevant people to get things moving. She was very efficient polite and friendly, we will miss her phone calls. The overall service was outstanding. We would not hesitate to use Acorn Estate Agents again.

Alesha Armsden was my contact and was fantastic. She kept in regular contact and endured I was fully up to speed with the sale of my property which was smooth and quick! I would definitely use Acorn again!

Harry has been quite good and he has always followed up with me and kept me informed. He was able to get me the tenants for the property but it did take a while. Would recommend using his services.
