When I joined Rosemont Care, I was somewhat anxious as to how I will fit in but when I met the team they were very helpful and supportive. I have learned a lot from everyone in the team. I would also highlight the expertise and professionalism of the company from matching carers and their supervision to handling the day-to-day administrative tasks whilst keeping the staff and families informed, this is unmatched.

I joined Rosemont in February this year Ive been working within the health and social care industry since I left school and I can honestly say Rosemont are the best company I have worked for. They go the extra mile to have professionals come out and train us staff they have an amazing crew and management are soo helpful and polite, always available to get through to if need be. Most importantly, all staff and treated equally and youll meet some amazing people on your journey working for Rosemont theres also room for progression if this is the career path you want to pursue
