        Awful customer service Went in there with the intention of finding a ring I could have been a customer spent several hundred However was instantly told I can't try on any rings or get my finger sized Which resulted in them offering no help to find a ring. Awful customer service. Will go elsewhere

        I took 2 rings to Alex to have the stones redesigned into a necklace. The customer service from all the staff was amazing and the necklace is absolutely stunning. Can recommend them 100%. Thanks
