I have used Penshurst Planning for c6 years on resi and commercial projects, ranging in value from 50k to 4m. I have dealt with Peter Cooper and found his professionalism, knowledge, dedication and frankness to be second to none. Peters advice has solved numerous planning & potential planning issues to be solved, all in a timely fashion. Peters black book offering access to other industry professionals when specialist big guns are required a great asset. Waste of time and money. Really should have checked for some online reviews before trusting this businesses opinions. Disappointing.
